A really big THANK YOU to our Viking Parent Ambassadors and Emily Tart, chairperson, and all her committee members, for providing a fantastic “Teacher & Staff Appreciation Lunch” recently. Everything was delicious and the atmosphere was absolutely wonderful! This was such a special treat for all at FPD. We feel loved and appreciated by our FPD families!

THE VIKING STORE: Some of our spring T-shirts have arrived; come check out the new items while stock is plentiful. Spring sports have started and we have sport-specific shirts for all our Vikings! We carry short-sleeved Lands’ End shirts and uniform-approved outerwear in different weights for each season. Open daily 7:45am to 3:30pm near the cafeteria in the MAC. Student Cell Phones: The student cell phone policy is outlined in the Elementary Student Handbook on p. 8 and is listed here. Please review this policy with your child to make sure we do not experience disruptions during the school day: "No cell phones may be used during the school day. Cell phones should be turned off and should be stored in book bags during the school day. Children may use the phone in the office to call home with teacher permission." Thank you for helping us protect our valuable learning time!
